We need to solve in the wisdom of the Spirit what we could not fix in the knowledge of the mind
Good morning everyone!
We intend to start at 8:30 sharp. As we move along and we handle the chaos of the mind coming to the wisdom of the spirit and we align ourselves, we become more disciplined. I hope you guys have a few minutes to trickle in and tell us where you are from. I always enjoy knowing where you guys are from.
I want to specially thank those of you who woke up early or joined us late in the day.
Welcome everyone! Its amazing to see people from all over the world.
During this process, we have made a Herculean effort of inserting a daily morning routine in our everyday experience, particularly when we are experiencing, let´s be redundant, this sense of protracted anxiety, this extended uncertainty and we are in “fight or flight”….Whether we consciously or subconsciously know it or not, we are in “fight or flight”. That means that our cortisol level has gone up. (Joe Dispensa explains this really well…)…we stop drinking water, we stop being healthy, we stop sleeping well, our immune system goes down and, disease kicks in.
We can reverse this process by putting our mind in a less toxic environment irrespective of what happens outside. We contemplate, we go inside, so we will find that inner quietness, so we will find inner peace. Contemplation and meditation serve as an antidote for what we may be experiencing outside, which is nothing more than being exposed to the number of ways fear manifests itself…its uncertainty, anxiety, depression, its violence, its aggression, its hostility from others,
it’s a number of different things.
We are living in a society that every single day on Earth experiences that intractable problem of existential distress. So, lets be patient with ourselves…everything will be explained in due time.
We are on week 2 day 10 and we’re transcending the forgetting of the forgetting. Last week, it was Life’s Work , which is one of the four pillars of our life system. You can go back and see the different guided contemplations. It is most important to really look at the Life’s Work in the intro section of contemplation by Richard Rudd. Listening to it one more time this week is paramount so that you can see the before and after. And remember that the technique is always to invoke your magical personality, particularly this week, that we go about the Blind Spots and today , that we will see our mind for what it is.
Invoking our magical personality, is key because what you’re doing there is that you’re inviting imagination. And, when you invite imagination in, what you’re effectively creating is the connection between the mind and the knowledge and wisdom of the soul. And that flow, that trance, that connection is what we call white magic. We can say that with this course, you are becoming white magicians, learning to effectively connect the mind and the soul.
You may ask yourselves why do we do that. We have seen that even though the mind was beautiful, it was trapped, it was limited, it wasn’t enough because it clearly didn’t prevent us from being where we are. And it didn’t provide us with the tools that we required. So we brought in another element to re-contextualize our understanding of our life system, of ourselves. So we bring knowledge and wisdom together… We had the mind and now we have spirit. The two combined change the order of the factors, instead of only being one at the neglect of the other, and, we feel our truth so that we can share our truth. Feel in the wisdom, know in the mind, share in the matter. It’s very important to share because that’s when we transform ourselves. If we do not share, we are not transforming or expressing ourselves, which is one of the most challenging acts.
We write it down so that we can take wisdom and place it with knowledge. Then, we rate it from one to five so that we create a confirmation bias on our hypothalamus. This is how we start changing the Truth. This is how we change our neurological pathways, and our default mode network. By incorporating those two elements, we improve our consciousness, we expand our understanding, we transform ourselves so that we’re better prepared to face everyday challenges.
So, remember: feel, know and share, rate from one to five, write down and effectively share it as well. That’s what we will do.
This morning’s contemplations are going to be quicker as we are going to the practice itself. Remember, it’s about practicing and practicing and practicing. Just like when we go to a gym or when we have a new diet. Don’t mind so much about the numbers and all of that. We’ll have plenty of time for that.
It’s always good to honor somebody, connect with somebody, and what better than our community? Let´ have present the power of the multiplicity of the number of our true allies in life : this community. We have our friends, geographically, we have our family, biologically , and we have our real allies in life, which is this community. We are bounded by new values and principles yet to be defined.
Keep in mind that you need to have a piece of paper and a pen. Be ready to read the information from the wisdom of the soul which is very different than reading the information from the mind…. very, very different.
Now that we are prepared with everything we need, lets start by looking around and connecting to our physical space feeling very grateful.
Meditation
We see the different elements that now look a little more familiar… when we see them during the day, we may every so often spark a hint of contemplation because they will now act as reminders that there is a deeper, more profound version of ourselves.
I see a poncho over there.
I see a little puppet Mercedes gave me…
I see a candle and a psychedelic light…it reminds me of the psychedelic colors I saw in the jungle in Peru…as you look around everything has a little story. You are now in that place because you became your own contemplation.
Love it, experience that.
Now, as we close our eyes, we breathe in and out three times: one time,
two times and three times.
We now invoke our magical personality…feel the power of your imagination…smile as the little child inside who has just been remembered.
We notice the chemicals going through our body , benefiting it, the happy ones. Now, imagine the faces of our community multiplying that effect and willing to heal me.
I invite my community to heal me. I invoke the power of light through community and its multiplicity.
And I’m grateful for that.

You can think of somebody you love.
Picture, his or her face, smiling…it doesn’t matter if they’re next to you, faraway or in another dimension. You can call them in and the are with you right now. You have the power answering the wisdom to invite not only your community but also your loved ones, alive or not.
Keep them present. …honor them for a moment.
Forgive them if you have to. Let yourself be forgiven if you have to.
From that support…
Of your masters , of your teachers, of the entities of light

That person that you want to show that greatest expression of yourself …can be you …. can be your highest deepest version of you… It can be also somebody else.
Feel the healing power of the community and magnetism. As you discover the wisdom that you have new abilities that you didn’t know. It’s like discovering that you always had certain superpowers.
And this is one.
Breath in and out.
From there, come down to the knowledge and grab your computer or grab your phone without distraction, no texting, no listening, no messaging, no anything, go straight to your records
and transcend the forgetting.

I will read mine, just to share it with you and then, I will give you time so that you can read yours.
It’s after the challenge contemplation, which is an audio journey that I can go back to after this contemplation is over. Mine reads : “encountering the challenge of addiction”.
Addiction is a rough one.
Addiction… the path is invention…the Sidhi or the spirit is obviously silence. It’s how silence is the cure for addiction. If you’ve ever had to be cured, which he did, there is a secret to this game of life. The more you understand your shadow, the more fuel you have for your creative Light. You have the capacity to unlock the higher expression of invention by fully seeing the pattern of addiction in your life. Every time you feel pain, or uncertainty in your life, look for the challenge of addiction. Instead of being victimized by this pattern, try being curious. What does this challenge have to teach me today? What does your addiction or your challenge in particular, have to teach you ,not tomorrow, but today?
Or do I choose addiction and fall for the victimhood? Or do I choose the higher path out of there of invention? So you were invited to become more aware of the pattern of addiction…its an opportunity to grow and learn. Sometimes, the Akashic records and the Gene Keys can be defining in terms of boundaries with us. They present us with choices that sometimes are uncomfortable to grasp. This is one of those days. Addiction is the inability to think outside the comfort zone of habitual patterns and conditioned values…. nothing more than being entrapped by the mind and being comfortable with the unknown fear which is choking in the end. Addiction is not just related to physical substances, but the addictive thought patterns that keep individuals trapped in recursive loops with self and others. Addiction is a response to the discomfort one feels in the gaps between thoughts or actions. The glitch of addictive behavior leaps to habitual forms of activity to disrupt the uncomfortable silence of simply being who you are. People try to avoid the inner pain by distracting or numbing through either external stimuli or internal trains of thoughts. That’s where alcohol kicks in. Addiction is exemplified to be an anxiety that never seems to rest, or by reliving the same challenging relationship as we can be addicted to relationships too, these dynamics that we live over and over again. Addictive behaviors as well can be set in motion by the minds attempt to resolve deep emotional cravings and desires that we may know or we may not know we have. The cycle of suffering is rooted in the false mental idea, that happiness sometime in the future, instead of accepting the reality of the present moment. The time is always now. When faced with the feeling of emptiness, individuals may become frozen and shrink away from the pain through the pressure or feel anxious and attempt to feel the moment with hectic on balance, activity or thought.
Very profound.
So now you have the time, to read through yours. Remember to do it with the gentleness with the subtlety of really feeling your truth from the perspective of what the soul needed from that wisdom. It’s very specific to you.
Now you can answer the three questions down below: How resonant was this narrative? (What you are really doing there is feeling your truth from one to five.)
Then,
Which part of his narrative resonates with you the most? What you are writing down in a piece of paper right there in the system is entirely up to you. It’s effectively where is it or when or what can you remember the most of that wisdom that you just read, and how you’re bringing it down to the knowledge to the mind by writing it down. And then it says, where in your life past or present, do you see the quality of your shadow of your mind holding you back? Then you can write it down as well. Those are the three steps: to feel the truth, to know the truth, and to share the truth. Now you’re sharing it just with yourself. You can choose to share it with everybody else. And that’s where you have consolidated out of your traumas and into your healing. By being really vulnerable and expressing yourself. Express your truth. Shine your light. Always remember that you’re a beautiful being and that your light is to be shared in the new system. If it was to be kept in the previous one, that’s okay. It needs to be shared in the next one. Just go out and share your light. People are waiting for you.

This is a kind of a buddy system, you know? I went with a friend who was alcoholic to AA, and they have this buddy system that is amazing. See if you can support those who feel that they need support. If you have a little bit more experience and if you know something, don’t be shy, you know, it’s peer support, its basically to share. Share with them and tell them what you know…don’t let questions be unanswered.
Help us so that we can really have a distributed system, a network of collaboration. I love everybody. Thank you. What I received today was the powerful healing of the community. I know it , I sense it. I can’t wait to see you guys tomorrow. Today was a difficult day because we looked at our deepest Blind Spot. In my case, as you have seen, it was addiction. I wonder what’s yours.
